This site has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies and no social media widgets. Fonts and images are served from this server; your browser doesn't contact anyone else when you load these pages.

Who we are

Clash Point Games is run by Eoin Kennedy, a sole trader in Ireland, who is the data controller for this website. Contact: Eoinknd16@gmail.com.

What the server records

Like almost every web server, ours keeps a standard access log: your IP address, the page or file requested, the time, and your browser's user-agent string. We use it only to keep the site running and secure (for example, spotting abuse). Logs are deleted automatically after 14 days and are not shared with anyone. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

Downloads and GitHub

• The Misfire Launcher downloads from this server.
• When you run the launcher, it contacts GitHub (github.com) to check for and download game updates. GitHub sees your IP address as part of that request and handles it under its own privacy statement. The launcher sends nothing else about you.
• The Nexus download link takes you to GitHub directly.

Margin accounts

If you sign up to play Margin, we store the account details you give us (such as your email address and a securely hashed password) and your game data, so you can log in and play. We don't sell or share them. Ask us and we'll delete your account.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us at the address above. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
